The PHDS

(Progressive Handlebar Dampening System) is a system mounted on elastomers that absorbs vibration from the engine and chassis. In addition, the system dampens the forces acting on the handlebars in the horizontal and vertical directions, while maintaining perfect steering precision. Depending on the type of mounting on the triple clamp, there are many possibilities for handlebar adjustment and adaptability to the needs of each rider. Through exchangeable elastomers, the hardness can be adjusted individually (soft - green, medium - yellow (standard), hard - red). Available for 28.6mm handlebars.

REPLACES THE OEM MOUNT. Unlike the original, it is divided into two parts. The handlebar can be raised using replaceable inserts +10mm and longer screws (sold separately). The lower handlebar mount is integrated with the shock mount using the Scotts/Ohlins/China clone hole pattern.

The OEM Yamaha handlebar mount is easily damaged/bent, both the mount itself and the mounting screws for the triple clamp are easily damaged.

Fits Scott steering damper and Chinese clone. Both are available in our store.
