TAIL RACK KTM 390 Adventure R/Adventure X/Enduro R/SMC R 25-26
This is the basic version of our modular luggage system, which includes a Tail Rack, Side Luggage panels, an Additional Plate and a Set Mounting (a third mounting point for passenger straps instead of footpegs). Each can be purchased separately or as a set.
This system guarantees luggage security even on multi-day rides.
When creating this system, we focused on maximum slimness and lightness. All components are positioned as close to the motorcycle as possible to ensure trouble-free jumping on or crossing legs.
I know how important this is because on my KTM 990R, which I owned for years, I would always hit my leg on the protruding part of the rack. I've used Touratech and Trax systems. I always wondered if the engineer who designed it had ever ridden a motorcycle.
The edges are also protected to prevent bags or straps from rubbing against plastic parts.
Everything is made of 4mm thick sheet metal. We don't use tapered screw heads to avoid weakening the structure, but we also avoid double-layering the sheet metal to avoid adding weight. Therefore, we use special, widened, round heads; they shouldn't damage the bags.
The edges through which the straps pass are rounded to prevent damage.
Intended primarily for luggage systems with a carrying system. We recommend the Enduristan because it perfectly matches our goal: lightweight. The Enduristan carrying system is characterized by minimalism, with no unnecessary elements. We recently compared it to the Mosco system, and I also used the Kriega for many years, and before that, the GL. The KTM 390 is a small and lightweight motorcycle, and we strive to perfectly match it. There are no unnecessary weights.
Numerous holes allow for easy and flexible attachment of tool rolls, waterproof bags, fuel tanks, and other items.
